Amanda Wishon
Amanda has lived in Wilmington for the last 9 years. After beginning her career at Coldwell Banker, she has been with Chris the last 3 years as his personal assistant. Amanda has both a real estate license and mortgage banker’s license so she provides invaluble assistance to all Chris’ clients. Amanda’s duties include all facets of the lending process once Chris has made the initial consultation with the borrower. She is not only involved from start to finish through the transaction but gives constant feedback to the borrower, the buyer’s agent and listing agent (on a purchase) so everyone involved has a clear understanding of status along the way!
