- I know everyone’s heard time and time again about Alpha stepping in and taking up a hatchet job done by the lesser “companies”. And here’s one that’s no different, we had a situation where our client and the seller stepped away from the table. They both gave up after almost two months of, “just give us one more day”. I asked our client to sit down with Chris Hutchens just to talk. Chris met him on October 11th Columbus Day, and told our client, we can have you closed in 10 business days on the 25th. I received a text from the “old” mortgage lender about 3 hours later stating that he needed another 3 weeks to close. We closed this morning at 9am.
