About a month ago, Chris saved the day AGAIN!!! I had the seller, and the buyer was represented by another agent from another firm. At first, when I heard that the buyer was probably going to use Alpha I was thrilled. Then, somehow, the buyer switched gears and was going with another lender. The reason I was told was that the costs associated with the loan were a “smidge” (her words, not mine) higher with Alpha. Well, let me tell you…it was like three days before closing and the buyer has PROBLEMS!!! Ugh! You saw that coming. So, Chris swooped in and got it done, and we were only delayed a very minimal time. Another miracle….

Well, the purchase of 401 South 5th has closed, and I really want to thank everyone from Alpha Mortgage who worked hard to make it happen!
Chris when we first spoke you said you’d work hard to get this done and you and your team certainly delivered. This was a huge contrast to the other lender we tried; Alpha Mortgage delivered competent, quick and friendly service throughout.
Although the appraisal was still a bit disappointing, all parties made some concessions – the seller dropped her price, we put more down, the appraisal was up from the original and the interest rate down slightly. Everyone gave a little and we met in the middle somewhere. This is how business works, and I for one greatly appreciate it. – Bob German
We had Loan Approval from the first bank. The day before closing the bank asked for a document that was impossible to produce and therefore denied their loan.
(can you imagine having all your holiday plans and company coming to town to see your new home and finding out the day before it’s not going to happen?)
We switched over to Chris Hutchens and Chris closed the loan in 10 days and the buyers moved in right before Christmas!!
